Daily reconciliation of bank transactions through your accounting system ie Xero and MYOB.
Ensure your staff are paid on time and correctly with accurate coding for pay, leave and deductions.
Invoices set up for approval and debt management.
Audit transactions to ensure correct coding. File your returns with IRD and ensure payment is processed.
Daily importing of supplier invoices into your job management system to allow for regular customer invoicing.
Monthly reconciliation of invoices against supplier statements ensuring all transactions are accounted for and on-invoiced to your customers. Ensuring supplier accounts are paid on time.

We also help prepare your books for an accountant to file your end of year tax return. We have strong networks with other professionals and can recommend an accountant too for this if you need one.
We are a Xero partner and certified Xero advisor. This means we can set up suppliers, bank accounts and bank feeds, statement templates, import aged receivables and payables and link your Xero to job management systems. We also work with other accounting systems like MYOB and undergo ongoing training for the latest updates in these programmes.
